Officially: Negredo Joins Manchester City

English club Manchester City Completed on Friday contracting procedures with international Spanish striker Alvaro Negredo (27 years old) from Seville Spanish club.

Manchester City on its website on Friday reveled the contraction with Negredo for 16.4 million pounds (25 million dollars) with the possibility of a rise in the value of the deal by $4.2 million.

Negredo occupied fourth place in the scorers' list Spanish league last season with 25 goals, behind all of the Argentine Lionel Messi (Barcelona) and Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid) and Columbian Falcao (Atletico Madrid).

Negredo will be  Wearing  Shirt no. 9, who was wearing Togolese striker Emmanuel Adebayor and will play alongside other Spanish Jesus Navas, who joined Manchester City from Seville also earlier this summer.

Negredo is the third player to join Manchester City this summer, as it was preceded by Navas and Brazilian midfielder Fernandinho from FC Shakhtar Donetsk of Ukraine
