Luis Suarez appeal in front of the Court of Arbitration for Sport
Luis Suarez arrived to Lausanne yesterday to appeal his suspension in front of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS) , the Uruguayan player hopes to obtain a reduction to his suspension after his madness in the World Cup
Arrived in a blue and white striped shirt , a small black bag on his back , Barcelona's attacker arrived at 10 am to appeal in front of the TAS , where he got to the court without making any comment on his case , accompanied by two lawyers.
Guilty of having bitten defender Giorgio Chiellini in his shoulder during his national team vs Italy in the World Cup's group stage , Suarez has been suspended nine matches at the national level (one game had already been played in the world cup as they lost to Colombia 2-0) as well as four months of any activity related to football , where he was ,therefore , not allowed to be presented or to train with his new club FC Barcelona where he signed at the end of the World Cup for 81 Million Euros after spending four seasons at Liverpool in the English Premier League.
Luis' appearance duration in front of the Court is unknown and the final decision should be out in a few days.
