Barcelona will apeal FIFA's dicision

Barcelona Club had declared that he would resume the decision of punishment imposed by the International Federation, which prevents him from contracting with new players for two consecutive Transfer windows.

The Spanish Barcelona Club Will Resume the decision of the International Football Federation (FIFA), to prevent him from contracting with any player during the next two years of transfers, for violating regulations on transfers of players under legal age, according to what he said on Wednesday.

The club announced on his official site: "Barcelona will be submitted an appeal of the international, and, if may need to arises to the Court of Arbitration for Sport,"

FIFA had decided to fine barcelona with 500 000 Euro.

Fifa's statement said : "It has been proved that Barcelona violated the regulations concerning the ten players under the legal age, and that he had committed several other irregularities similar to other players,"
