Barcelona will not be able to buy any player in the next 2 Mercato's



The Spanish Barcelona club received a strong blow after been prevented by FIFA to conclude any deals during the next two periods of transfers.

The International Football Federation (FIFA) confirmed on Wednesday in an official statement that he prevent  the Spanish Barcelona from contracting with any player during the periods of two years, for violating regulations transfers of players under legal age.

FIFA has decided to fine Barcelona with 500 thousand Euro.The statement said "It has been proved that Barcelona violated the regulations concerning ten players under legal age and that he had committed several other irregularities similar to other players."

The International Union also decided to punish the Spanish Football Federation with a $500 thousand Swiss francs fine for violating regulations also.

The decision rocked Barcelona, who will not be able to contract with any player in the summer transfer which closes on 31 August 2014, as well as the winter transfer which closes 24 January 2015, note that they seriously need a Centre Back since Carlos Pauyol is retiring at the end of this season. as well as a strong goalkeeper after the injury of Victor Valdes who said that he want to leave at the end of the season.
