Blatter seen impossible for Qatar to host the World Cup in summer

The Swiss Joseph Blatter, President of the International Football Federation, expressed the view that it is impossible to host World Cup 2022 Qatar in the summer due to high temperatures.

Blatter said during his tour in the Middle East after previous statements that this request should be made by the host State: "Do Not Be World Cup in Qatar during the summer, but in winter, when temperatures are low. Not in the autumn, or in the beginning of the year or in the beginning of the spring, only at the end of the year," he said.

Blatter added: "There are 17 in the base are unrelated if international must play in the summer, but if we applied rule 18, any right thinking, it must be the finals in winter,".

and the withdrawal of the finals of the Qatar because of allegations of bribes during the vote, Blatter said: "The World Cup 2022 granted to Qatar. Why should we pull it? There is no reason to do so. For this, we need good reasons ... ".
