Leonardo resigns from his position in Saint Germain

The Brazilian Leonardo submitted his resignation from his post as director Sports Club of Paris Saint Germain French Football League on Wednesday, according to what came in a statement the club official.

The statement, which was published on the site of the club email said: " We know Leonardo Department Paris Club Saint Germain on his desire to depart from his post as director athletes and his resignation, which will be in force with the end of the month of August, with the end of the summer transfer period," 

The statement added: "We regret this decision, but we respect it. We thank him for all the past period and assist in our club to make French capital of elite European clubs and we wish him every success in his future," he said.

It is worth mentioning that since almost a week ago, had announced that the Supreme Court of Appeal in the French football league penalty against tight Leonardo stopped by the sports activity until 30 june 2014.

 The Union was stopped by strict nine months until the end of February2014 to pay a judgment in his team's match against Valenciennes 5 last May on the playground "Park De Prince" but Appeals Committee stressed that penalty.

This includes off preventing Leonardo of presence on the seats reserve players or dressing rooms rulers, all official mission throughout the season 2013-2014.
